Cleaned up the rubbish next to the shed.
Starting with some slabs for a small terrace.
Raised beds! 02-04-2012
My dad made these raised beds from scrap wood.
He even recycled the nails!
One is a bit longer than the other but they're exactly the same width.
He put them one in front of the other as you can see on the picture.
He also made this other one using two thick beams and four small ones in between.
We've got another pair of beams as you can see on the bottom right of the picture, so he's going to make another one soon!

My dad had the plot plowed. He took some pictures:
Someone with a digger cleaned the plot for free!
We were working on it for days, and finally we were ready.
This is how it looked when we were just finished cleaning!!
